4. Purpose of the register

The personal data collected is used for identifying the customer, customer relationship management and the development of our Internet service.

5. Collection of data

Customer data is collected by means of electronic contact forms located on the website. The following data is collected upon sending the form:

  • The name of the person
  • Company name
  • Email address

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to implement the contract made with the customer or for developing customer service. The data collected shall not be used for marketing.

6. Regular sources of data

The source of the data collected is the data subject. Data is also collected by means of the Google Analytics tool.

7. Regular transfer of data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area

Data shall not be regularly disclosed to third parties external to the company. Some third-party service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Personal data can be viewed free of charge a maximum of once a year. The data subject has the right to request the correction or removal of incorrect or outdated data. Data subjects also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in compliance with GDPR articles 18 and 21. Data subjects have the right to cancel their consent to the processing of their data or make a complaint concerning issues pertaining to the processing of their personal data to the supervisory authority.
